Robyn T. Emerson is an urban planner and public policy executive with 30 years of experience across Kenya and the United States. She has founded and led initiatives advancing inclusive real estate, community development, and the empowerment of women and youth. Robyn brings deep expertise in strategic planning, policy advocacy, participatory development and organisational leadership, and co-authored Kenya’s first comprehensive real estate development guide.

Sipporah Mwangi is an entrepreneur and construction specialist executive with 17 years of experience across Kenya and Denmark. She has founded and led several businesses and brings expertise in sustainable flooring, cladding and painting, supported by a strong foundation in economics and finance. She is passionate about training women and men in technical skills, safe machinery use, product standards and productivity.

Pumi Lukhele is a real estate and construction development executive with nearly 20 years of experience across East, West and Southern Africa. She leads complex greenfield and brownfield developments, bringing expertise in project delivery, investment feasibility, risk oversight and stakeholder engagement. Recognised among South Africa’s Top 100 Corporate Leaders in property, Pumi is a committed advocate for education, mentorship and greater inclusion across the built environment.

Joseph Kimani is a community development, human rights and governance executive with over 25 years of experience advancing community-led urban development in Kenya. He has led national initiatives supporting informal-settlement communities to influence housing, infrastructure and public policy. He holds a master’s degree in Community Economic Development and brings deep expertise in civic rights, participatory planning, institutional leadership and inclusive development.

Tatu Gatere is an architect, entrepreneur and workforce-development executive with over 20 years of built-environment experience, senior leadership, organisational strategy, operations, partnerships, fundraising and inclusive workforce systems connecting women’s technical training to employment and economic advancement. Awarded a Head of State Commendation, her leadership has also been recognised by RIBA, Dezeen and OkayAfrica.

Sylvie Bracquiné is an operations and enterprise-development executive with over 15 years of international experience. She has led entrepreneur training, acceleration and investment programmes across 14 emerging and frontier markets, managed a $6 million job-creation fund, and scaled a financial-inclusion programme from inception to over 15,000 clients. She brings deep expertise in organisational growth, impact investment, financial oversight and employment creation.
