WORK-INTEGRATED LEARNING & PLACEMENT: Real site experience, internships, and direct employer links. Women transition into paid work and build on-the-job capability.
WORKFORCE SUPPORT & PROGRESSION: Ongoing support through alumnae networks, mentorship, and skills development. Women stay in work, grow, and progress.
JOBS & ENTERPRISE PATHWAYS: Access to jobs and subcontracting through employer partnerships and enterprise platforms. Women secure consistent work and income opportunities.
