METHODOLOGY

We measure and evaluate our progress to inform and refine our strategy and model as we grow. We assess how outcomes are being effectively achieved over time and use a feedback loop to continuously integrate learning back into the program to test the outcomes afresh. Our Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning is critical to decision making, adaptive learning, planning and management across every aspect of the organization.
