She has extensive experience working with various stakeholders in the construction industry, including contractors, developers, youth and women. Joyce finds fulfillment in raising the status of youth and women through education and skills training to help make a decent living.

He has a craft certificate in carpentry and joinery from Thika Technical Training Institute and a certificate in technical training from Kenya Technical Trainers College, with over 25 years of experience in technical training, construction, furniture production and repair and maintenance.

Robert Ndungu, a professional tiler with 12 years of experience in the industry. At Buildher, I'm Tiling Training Officer responsible for overseeing quality assurance in our Tiling training program. My role involves ensuring that the curriculum is fully implemented, training materials and tools are well-prepared and up to standard, and that all training processes and documentation are properly followed. I’m passionate about maintaining high-quality training experiences and making sure our trainees are equipped with the right skills, knowledge, and support to succeed in the field.

Kimani has a Masters in Community Economic Development and has worked extensively with Civil Society Organizations in civic and political rights, peace building, economic development, governance and community organization.
